Great condition. This guitar has been kept humidified and in it's case.
Small 1/8 inch less nick on lower front bout, which is hard to see.
This guitar was hand selected for truly outstanding tone. I was intending on buying a guitar costing two to three times as much, thinking that was necessary for the sound I wanted. However, over a period of 8 months of searching and many,many guitars later, this is the one that I loved the best. I knew this was the one immediately when I picked it up and started picking. The deep rich bass was amazing, as is the tonal range and clarity up the entire fingerboard. It really rings with amazing volume and sustain.

I am selling because it's getting more difficult to do my solo fingerstyle with a dreadnaught. I'm ready for a smaller body guitar and so I'm selling my Martin and my Leo Kottke 12 string to raise the cash for a Lowden, McIlroy, or Avalon (I think).
